Listening to and supporting the vision and needs of local creative practitioners is key to Creative Futures.  By developing an inspired and resilient community of practitioners, we can sustain local youth arts culture and have the capacity to positively adapt to the needs of the next generation.

Reflective Practice Sessions

This year, we began our reflective practice programme, bringing practitioners together, exploring ideas and sharing thoughts and experiences.

Facilitators were able to dedicate time and space to explore teaching practices and to share stories on the challenges that come with working in the arts taking responsibility for the development of young people.
