How To Book
Please inform the box office staff if you have any additional requirements when booking and we will be happy to help.
There is access to the theatre via a lift at the front of the building. There are wheelchair accessible and ambulant toilet facilities in the building. There are spaces for wheelchair users in the auditorium.
Select your seats and book tickets via our secure online box office via the website at any time.

90 minutes before the start of each show
We are currently only accepting card and online payments.
You may wish to print your ticket at home or just bring your mobile phone to display your ticket.
Seats for some events may be reserved for up to 7 days or 1 day prior to the event. If a show is selling out quickly or has sold out, we reserve the right to reduce the length of the reservation.
Seats will automatically be released for re-sale after the expiry date.
Unwanted tickets may be exchanged for a credit voucher. Printed tickets must be handed in at least 1 week before the performance. There is a charge of £2.50 per transaction. Please Note: We are not able to offer this service for Hired Events.
In the event of show selling out – it may be possible for us to re-sell unwanted tickets. All seats must be sold beforehand and we cannot guarantee resales. There is a charge of £2.50 per transaction.
Discounts and Concessions
Concessionary rates are available at selected events.
See Hynt for details of free companion tickets. There is usually no admission charge for a babe in arms (under 2) but they won’t be allocated a seat.
Reduced rates are available for parties of 10 or more on selected events. This discount will be applied automatically when booking 10 seats or more online.
Hynt is a national scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales to make things clear and consistent in fair ticketing policy and accessibility.
Hynt cardholders are entitled to a ticket free of charge for a personal assistant or carer at the Borough Theatre and all the theatres and arts centres participating in the scheme.

Children attending the theatre must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We politely request you switch your mobile phones and devices off during performances.
The use of camera and recording equipment in the auditorium is not permitted.
