There is access to the theatre via a lift at the front of the building. There are wheelchair accessible and ambulant toilet facilities in the building. There are spaces for wheelchair users in the auditorium.

We are currently only accepting card and online payments.
You may wish to print your ticket at home or just bring your mobile phone to display your ticket.
Reservations
Seats for some events may be reserved for up to 7 days or 1 day prior to the event. If a show is selling out quickly or has sold out, we reserve the right to reduce the length of the reservation.
Seats will automatically be released for re-sale after the expiry date.
Returns
Unwanted tickets may be exchanged for a credit voucher. Printed tickets must be handed in at least 1 week before the performance. There is a charge of £2.50 per transaction. Please Note: We are not able to offer this service for Hired Events.
In the event of show selling out – it may be possible for us to re-sell unwanted tickets. All seats must be sold beforehand and we cannot guarantee resales. There is a charge of £2.50 per transaction.
Hynt
Hynt is a national scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales. The theatre is part of this scheme because it offers customers the best in fair ticketing and accessibility.
Hynt cardholders can contact the Box Office and request a free companion ticket. There is a limited allocation available on most shows. Tickets will be served on a first come first served basis and will be available for 1 free companion per run of shows.
Proof of membership must be shown at the point of purchase and at the performance.
Please Note:
Children attending the theatre must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We politely request you switch your mobile phones and devices off during performances.
The use of camera and recording equipment in the auditorium is not permitted.
