Guy Masterson, recently at Borough Theatre with A CHRISTMAS CAROL and UNDER MILK WOOD, now reveals the magic of Dylan Thomas' oft-overshadowed yet equally brilliant short stories in a performance "of staggering energy and invention" (The Scotsman) conjuring the romantic lyricism and genius wordplay that made Dylan Thomas one the greatest writers of the 20th Century.

Centred around Dylan's seasonal masterpiece A CHILD'S CHRISTMAS IN WALES, Masterson also gives us two other magical short stories told through the eyes of a young boy: the enchanting A VISIT TO GRANDPA’S, and a visit to the beach in August, HOLIDAY MEMORY… 

Masterson's command of Thomas’ wordplay is remarkable - akin to his legendary uncle, Richard Burton - and his ability to spin Thomas’ yarns as though they are his own, is breathtaking…

Masterson won The Stage Award for Best Actor at the Edinburgh Festival in 2001 for this performance.
