The Box Office is situated on the ground floor at street level. Access to the auditorium, toilets and foyer facilities is up a number of flights of steps. Lift access is available for all performances via the Market Hall. A member of staff will accompany customers wishing to use the facility.

There are designated areas in the building for storing Buggies.

Nappy changing facilities are available in the unisex disabled toilet on the 2nd Floor.
The foyer area located on the second floor has two bar counters. Teas, coffees, confectionery and soft drinks are sold from the one and alcoholic and soft drinks from the other.
During family performances, cup drinks containing orange juice are provided with straws for younger children in addition to cans and bottled water.

Ice Creams can be purchased in the auditorium during the interval or before the performance begins. Prices are £1.80 – £2.00.
The Front of House staff will be happy to provide hot water from the Coffee Bar for warming babies’ bottles.

The bus station is about 5 minutes’ walk from the theatre and the railway station about 15 minutes’ walk away.
