IGNITE Tech Mentoring\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Taking place during Easter 2024, Creative Futures and <\/span>Dance Blast<\/a> offered up the opportunity to work with professional light and sound technicians to put together the exciting lighting elements for the Dance Blast IGNITE performance.<\/span><\/p>\n

IGNIITE was an immersive dance and circus performance taking place both outdoors and indoors.\u00a0 Focusing on the stories of young people and bringing them alive through movement, light and sound.<\/p>\n

The mentoring consisted of a full day learning how things work; getting to know the kit, programming and understanding how to set up equipment.\u00a0 The audiovisual team then created the lighting design and rigged up the various spaces, setting up both traditional and character based lighting effects and helped to oversee and execute the performances.<\/p>\n
