“The Future is Us” is a youth arts project delivered through partnership and consortium working, putting young people at the centre of its development and design.

Through the bringing together North Monmouthshire youth to voice their perspectives, to identify their shared experiences and concerns, and work on ideas for the future, the project promotes ownership of individual opinions/views and shared creativity.

We are seeking an experienced and creative arts project producer to develop, lead and manage this exciting project with a budget of £165,000, on behalf of the partnership.

The project will need demonstrable leadership, financial management, communication and project management skills. We are open to joint applications.

The project starts immediately, and the programme runs until June 2022. There is a fee of £25,000 for the leadership of the project.

We invite applications including your expression of interest together with your thoughts on how you will deliver this project, some relevant examples of your work, a current CV and contact details for two referees for/with whom you have delivered project work, to davebaxter@monmouthshire.gov.uk.
